5/5En visite à Toulouse, impossible de ne pas faire un arrêt au Baitcha ! L’accueil y est très chaleureux, et la charmante femme à la caisse est d’une grande douceur et bienveillance. Côté cuisine, un véritable régal ! Nous avons dégusté un poulet crousti, des nems, des samoussas ainsi que des tenders. Les portions étaient généreuses, au point que j’en ai eu pour deux repas ! Beaucoup de restaurants proposent du poulet crousti, mais honnêtement, celui du Baitcha, accompagné de sa sauce légendaire, en fait le meilleur de toute l’Occitanie ! 5/5Quand j’y vais, j’ai l’impression de me rendre chez ma mamie. C’est délicieux, quantité au rdv et surtout ils sont aimables. À oui, ils font plein de cadeaux(boissons en plus, tampon supplémentaire sur carte de fidélité, dessert, etcccc)
