3/5Je vous adresse cette remarque dans un esprit constructif : il ne faut pas mal prendre les retours des clients. Par exemple, le riz coloré façon “M&M’s” n’est pas très engageant visuellement. Certains clients viennent une fois et ne reviennent plus à cause de ce genre de détails. D’autres, comme moi, prennent le temps de faire une remarque pour vous aider à vous améliorer… mais ne reviennent pas non plus. Le café n’était pas terrible non plus. Cela dit, le reste était correct.
