3/5Bonjour, nous avons contacté la pizzeria vers 18h30. Nous habitons à 600 m de la pizzeria. Habituellement les frais de livraison sont offerts. Nous sommes tombés sur un employé, qui a refusé de faire le même geste commercial ou de demander à son responsable. Ensuite, L’employé nous a demandé d’attendre 30 à 45 minutes pour la livraison. Sans explication ce dernier a interrompu la conversation téléphonique et nous a mis en attente téléphonique. Pas de au revoir, aucune courtoisie. Bref, lorsque l’ employé nous a repris au téléphone, nous avons décidé d’annuler la commande de 62 € pour 3 pizzas. Ça n’avait pas l’air de le déranger. C’est dommage, car nous étions des clients fidèles. Bonne continuation
