3/5La défense Très déçue par l'attitude peu commerciale. En effet, quand on se trompe sur une commande il faut présenter sincèrement des excuses au client au lieu de faire comme si ce n'était rien de partir avec un chawarma harissa alors qu'on en voulait pas.
