5/5Pour mes 40 ans, ma femme m'a fait la surprise de commander un couscous royal à la mamounia. La qualité, la quantité étaient incroyable. Merci à eux, ils ont fait un boulot incroyable, le meilleur couscous du monde! La viande, de très très bonne qualité, que ce soit poulet, agneaux et merguez. La semoule tout bonnement incroyable. La bouillon au top, les pois chiches encore ferme juste comme il faut, les légumes... Tout était vraiment parfait!!!!
