5/5Si il y a bien un restaurant à Brive-la-Gaillarde c'est bien celui-ci avec un bon accueil et un couscous royal énormissime je tiens vraiment à vous le recommander

5/5Un passeport gustatif, sans embarquement ni douane ! Le Marrakech, et je dois dire : j’ai voyagé sans quitter ma chaise. Un couscous comme on en rêve : généreux, parfumé, et surtout réconfortant, comme une fin de journée douce après un long chemin. La semoule ? Légère comme une promesse tenue. Les légumes, tendres et savoureux, baignaient dans un bouillon riche comme un vieux conte oral. Et la viande… fondante, bien assaisonnée, elle avait ce goût de “reviens-y” qui te fait oublier toute notion de satiété. L’ambiance ? Chaleureuse, calme, un peu hors du temps. On s’y sent accueilli, sans chichis, comme si on était attendu. Un peu comme dans les grands repas familiaux, où le silence s’installe naturellement parce que tout le monde savoure. Je suis ressortie le ventre plein et l’esprit léger, avec l’impression d’avoir mis les pieds quelque part entre Marrakech et les souvenirs d’enfance. Un plat comme une parenthèse, un instant suspendu. Comme dirait Proust, si sa madeleine avait été un couscous. Je recommande à 200 %, pour les gourmands, les curieux, les fatigués du fast food… et tous ceux qui ont besoin d’un plat qui fait du bien au cœur autant qu’au ventre.
