5/5D habitude les couscous servit en restaurants manque de gout mais la je me suis regalé. Superbe bouillon bien goutu sans etre trop corsé. On sent la qualité des epices utilisées et le travail qui est fait sur la preparation de la semoule. Le poulet etait bien cuit pas sec et epicé correctement. Les quantités etaient genereuse. A refaire. Merci Marrakech Express de m avoir reconcilié avec les restauts Marocains.
