5/5J’écris cet avis les mains encore tremblantes, les papilles en transe, le regard vide d’émotion. J’ai commandé un Tacos L, j’ai reçu une œuvre d’art. C’était pas un repas, c’était une expérience spirituelle. À la première bouchée, j’ai vu ma vie défiler, puis celle de mes ancêtres. À la deuxième, j’ai failli appeler ma mère pour m’excuser de ne jamais lui avoir fait un tacos pareil. La sauce fromagère ? Elle mérite sa propre étoile Michelin. Le cordon bleu à l’intérieur ? Moelleux comme un nuage élevé en plein air alpin. Et les frites dans le tacos ? Une hérésie ? Non. Une révolution. Napoléon aurait changé d’avis sur Waterloo s’il avait goûté ça. Je veux un nom
