3/5Apres Une longue attente pour 3 tacos , ils se sont trompés sur une de mes 2 viandes ( bœuf au lieu de poulet mariné ) . J’ai attendu hyper longtemps ( pendant que ma famille était entrain de manger ) pour qu’il soit refait et je demande en souriant un dédommagement pour qu’ils nous offrent le café et la serveuse en riant me dit “non car la machine est cassée !” .elle ne m’a même pas proposé d’aller m’asseoir et de me le rapporter à table. Elle était très nonchalante du reste. J’ai du demander du savon au manager alors que c’était le début du service de midi.toilettes pas super propres ( sol et vasque ) Beaucoup de ruptures sur sauces , accompagnements , viande bref une mauvaise expérience dans ce restaurant de la chaîne. Une visite d’un responsable serait pas du luxe.
