3/5Rien à dire sur les tacos en eux mêmes, ils étaient bons et conformes à la commande. Ce restaurant ne participe pas au programme de fidélité et OK les franchisés O’Tacos semblent avoir le choix à ce niveau là, mais c’est au détriment des clients.

3/5Je suis allé chez O’Tacos récemment et je dois dire que l’expérience a été mitigée. Si la nourriture était bonne, les tacos étaient savoureux et bien garnis, le service, lui, a vraiment laissé à désirer.Le personnel était nonchalant, peu accueillant, et assez désagréable dans son attitude générale. Aucun sourire, un ton expéditif, et l’impression de déranger plus qu’autre chose. C’est dommage, car cela gâche un moment qui aurait pu être agréable.Je souligne quand même que la qualité des produits était au rendez-vous, mais un meilleur service ferait vraiment la différence.
