5/5Je suis allé chez Grai à Cergy et j’ai commandé une Brasserie Délice (escalope de poulet, sauce champignons et lardons), accompagnée de penne à la sauce champignons. Franchement, c’était un régal ! La qualité des produits est au rendez-vous, la sauce est excellente, et l’escalope avec du Boursin apporte une touche gourmande parfaite. Les lardons complètent le tout à merveille. C’est rare que je laisse un avis, mais là, c’est totalement mérité. Un grand bravo, je recommande à 100 % !
