3/5Bonjour, Je passe une commande pour une reine et une orientale sur Uber avec une bouteille de 1.5L, je reçoit pas la bouteille et je reçois deux orientales, encore ça ! L’erreur est humaine mais quand j’appelle au restaurant pour leur faire part de leur erreur, leurs seules réaction, Uber va vous rembourser! Aucun sens du services ni excuses et cela est facile de se réfugier derrière Uber , quand on fait pas son boulot correctement ! J’ai travaillé dans la restauration malheureusement vous êtes très mal tombé, relation client déplorable, prise en charge à revoir ! La note est sympatoche uniquement par rapport aux pizzas sinon ça mériterait un zéro. Remettez vous en question un peu!
